Personal data
Personal information is information that points to your identity: name, address, postal address, delivery address, telephone number and email address.
We store your personal data only to the extent necessary for the handling and processing of your order. We do not disclose your personal information to any third party.
For the purposes of credit checks, however, there might be a data exchange with service providers and the Schufa or rather KSV. Your concerns of privacy are always taken into account.
If you use, regardless of ordering, our other services (eg, subscribe to our newsletter), we need your consent for storing your data. You will be asked separately for obtaining such consent, you can always check the data and withdraw your consent at any time.
Anonymous data
When you visit our shop it can also be that information about the access (date, time, page viewed) is stored on our server. These files do not belong to the personal files, but are anonymous. We will use them solely for statistical purposes.
