The more clearly we think and the stronger our body is, the easier is the fullfillment of our duties. Healthy food makes the mind clear and the body strong.

Over the centuries, natural organic food as well as the manner of preparation (e.g. microwave) has been so changed and distorted that our nutrition neither makes us clear nor healthy. The consequence is that many people have lost sight of their goals, are distracted from the essentials and implement their tasks only with great effort. We hesitate, we are afraid, we feel insecure, lonely and unfulfilled. This is the breeding ground for all diseases.

Whatever we eat nourishes our trillion cells of the body and decides whether they reproduce themselves strong and healthy, strengthen our immunity, or whether we become weak and sick. Everybody can see on his own vulnerabilities how healthy he is.

It is important to point out that our food is our medicine and our medicine our food. Similarly, positive thinking is promoting our health and affects all people throgh the morphogenetic field. Everything is connected, nothing is isolated - by considering that, we show responsibility. Gratefulness is a sincere expression of this.

Our task

We only provide food resources available to strengthen the body's cells and keep us healthy. Thus disease is avoided. Denatured and food interspersed with chemistry causes illness. Healthy food is free of inorganic materials and contains organic nutrients of colloidal (cell available) size. We find this in the plants from certified organic cultivation. They drag inorganic substances out from the soil, convert them through photosynthesis into organic and enforce them with enzymes, blocks of life. For this reason, we prefer vegetarian food, prepared carefully.

We pass our experiences on in our seminars, informations, recipes and product descriptions. The careful use of nature will determine whether we will still get the best food from the existence tomorrow.

Life Energy

We only buy best quality products with a high purity. We are concerned with the inherent life energy of the products, which is maintained only at most careful treatment. Therefore, we encourage wherever possible, certified organic products.

With our work we sustain the joy of life as an expression of gratitude for everything that is in a healthy mind, in a sense-giving, healthy being.

Organic farming

1979 Gerd Pierer visited the agriculture Masanobu Fukuoka in Japan, which was regarded as the first organic farmer in the world. 1981 Mr. Fukuoka came to Austria. Through lectures and visits to our and subsequently to many other farms in Austria, he lays a very solid foundation for a philosophy of natural farming. The organic wave got basic knowledge out of it. Many farmers decided from their heart to convert their agriculture to organic farming.

To date, the books by Masanobu Fukuoka are in high demand and convey how the "Do - Nothing - Bauer, " as Fukuoka is called by his friends, is able to let nature work for him in a meaningful way, for the good of the whole.

Natural garden and organic farming

The enthusiasm for natural diet involved a circle of friends and resulted 1978 in establishing the Naturgarten GmbH in Wr. Neustadt, the first organic food store in Austria. Tofu, mochi, rice waffles and organic bread produced in the smallest space. Since 1981, we import macrobiotic goods from Japan. 1989 were added Spirulina from Hawaii and Chlorella from Taiwan. Today we offer a wide range of top-goods supporting quality with the highest possible level: basic food - natural stimulant - Japanese specialties (macrobiotic) - Dietary supplements - natural cosmetics - products for the household - and books (knowledge).

"The Association Path of Nature" was founded in 1981 by the Friends in Gamlitz, in southern Styria, as one of the first organic farms in southern Styria. We moved our business to Gamlitz in 1992. From there we supply to this day more than 2,000 companies across Europe.
